• Returns are free for orders that qualified for free shipping.

• For orders below the free shipping threshold, the return shipping cost is included in the initial shipping fee.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it.

• If the item meets our return conditions, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges.

• If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
