We offer free worldwide shipping on orders above 100€.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will contain a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment. Kindly allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible
How long does shipping take?
We do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. After that you should receive your order in 2 to 3 days. If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Can I return the product?
We're here to make sure your shopping experience is a breeze. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don't stress. We offer free returns worldwide, and we've got a generous 100-day return policy in place. That means you have a full 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be completely comfortable with your choice.
Returning items with us is simple. Inside your Organique Package, you'll find a return label that makes the process even more convenient. However, please keep in mind that if you've purchased multiple products and wish to return them, kindly send all the items together. We provide one free return label per order to keep things straightforward.
To ensure your item qualifies for a return, please make sure it's in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, complete with all tags, and in its original packaging. Your peace of mind is important to us.

Can I ask for an exchange?
If you're looking for a different size or color, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item. It's as easy as that.
How does refund works?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and keep you in the loop about whether the refund was approved. If your product is in perfect condition, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
