Shipping Locations & Costs:

Organique Studio ships worldwide from Portugal. Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Free Shipping & Returns:

  • Orders over 90€ to Europe.

  • Orders over $90 USD to the United States.

  • Orders over $90 CAD to Canada.

• Standard Shipping (Orders Below Free Shipping Threshold):

  • Portugal: 9€

  • Rest of Europe: 12€

  • United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Rest of the World: 14.90€

Returns & Refunds:

• We offer free returns for all orders that qualify for free shipping.

• If you wish to return an item, it must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are included in the initial shipping fee for orders below the free shipping threshold.

• A Gentle Reminder: Returns have both financial and environmental costs. We encourage mindful purchasing to help reduce unnecessary shipping and waste.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
